Open innovation — Free sessions in your region?
The innovation role is changing rapidly as companies embrace the open innovation movement, seeking external partners to co-create future products and services. This requires a new mindset and new skills; it is no longer enough to just be a good project manager, researcher, engineer – or leader.
Do you have what it takes to succeed with open innovation?
Find out in my free of charge two-hour sessions, where you will be inspired and challenged on issues such as:
• Open Innovation: What is open innovation and how do you identify and approach the big issues of open innovation?
• The Essentials: What are the traits, mindset and skills needed to be successful with open innovation? How do you identify and develop the right people?
• Roadblocks: Senior executives and “corporate antibodies” are roadblocks you will meet on open innovation projects. How do you work around them?
• Personal Leadership for Innovation: It is not enough to know the processes and techniques of innovation. You also need to able to develop a strong personal brand, manage your relationships and craft compelling messages to the stakeholders you want to influence.
You can register for the currently planned sessions at these links:
Stockholm, June 22
London, June 25
Boston, July 13
New York, July 14
Amsterdam, July 29
Palo Alto, August 3
I am interested in discussing open innovation in other countries as well so let me know if you see a need for such a session in your region.

Hi! Would be great to have those free sessions in Stuttgart, Germany. This german-automobile-city needs fresh air!

Will you plan a session in France (Paris) soon ?
Regards
I agree with elias — I would appreciate to have a session in the stuttgart region! regards, hanns
No session in Italy? What a shame, then we still have the courage of calling ourselves "creative innovators"…
In Russia it will be great! There are some good opportunities to do, such as Russian Venture Fair in St.Petersburg in October.
Hi
I think it will be good idea to have these sessions in India & specially in Bangalore, reason I say this coz I have been a serial entrepreneur from the age of 18 at that time I could not see any aggression and the attitude to "achieve something" in most people but today things have changed I find lot more people and quite interestingly in diversified field (beside IT, which India is popular for) is becoming very common in this region
Hi Stefan,
Thanks for the links to the events! When opening the link for the event in Amsterdam, it points you to the registration site for the event in New-York, perhaps you can fix that?
Thanks as I would be interested to attend.
Have a great day!
