		<description>These are very interesting questions posed to corporations but at present not all companies are or have adapted &#039;innovation&#039; as a guideline or policy initiative. The questions are excellent if one is building a survey or even a White Paper on the subject. As far as questions to ask on an interview the interviewee must first determine if the company has selected &#039;innovation&#039; as corporate criteria.  Even if the company has not adapted this as yet the questions can still be posed as I believe it will display  &#039;out-of-the-box&#039; thinking - just what corporation always say they are seeking. </description>
