April 14, 2010 Open Innovation 5 Comments

…for media and bloggers who cover innovation topics.

My upcoming book, The Open Innovation Revolution looks into how companies and their employees can embrace the paradigm shift towards open innovation.

As the launch date (late May)  approaches, I am able to provide a limited number of free books to media and bloggers who could be interested in doing an interview or writing a review.

If you would like to receive a review copy, please forward an e-mail to stefan @ intrap.com with a short description of your media/blog and the address to which we should send the book.

I will then get back to you with a reply whether I will be able to provide a free copy.

You can download the first chapter for free here: FREE! – The Open Innovation Revolution – Chapter 1

Some people have already read the book and given their early appraisal. This is what they had to say about The Open Innovation Revolutions:

“A must-read for companies who are either starting their Open Innovation journey or who want to sharpen their OI approach. Stefan explains in very clear terms the challenges and opportunities that company leaders and their intrapreneurs will face. And he elegantly highlights that success will ultimately depend on the quality of the people and their OI skill set.”
- Chris Thoen, Managing Director Global Connect + Develop Office, Procter & Gamble

“The Open Innovation Revolution is an essential tool for all innovation practitioners. It’s packed with usable advice and great stories that Stefan has collected from his work with innovation leaders across a variety of industries. Whether you are building a new program or enhancing an existing effort, this book offers practical insights and actionable steps that can maximize your program’s success.”
- Jeff Bellairs, Senior Director, Connected Innovation, General Mills

“Every innovation leader that wants to incorporate or advance open Innovation in a corporate environment should read this book. Stefan not only puts open innovation in simple, practical and executable terms, but also inspires those in charge of such non-trivial transformation by providing tools to design strategies geared to success at a corporate and even individual level, something I didn’t expect and that makes this a unique publication.”
- Moises Noreña, Director, Global Innovation, Whirlpool Corporation

“Open Innovation may one day be as natural as breathing, but remains a constant struggle for most corporations today. Lindegaard has given us an insightful overview of practical concepts that can be put to use today, and thus begin to grow a capability central to the future of any corporation hoping to get innovation right.”
- Russ Conser, Manager – GameChanger, Royal Dutch Shell

“If you want ‘open,’ look no further. Stefan’s open and (sometimes brutally) honest account of open innovation is refreshing. There is no B.S., theory, or fluff. You only get practical advice for making open innovation a reality in your organization. Let the revolution begin.”
- Stephen Shapiro, Author, 24/7 Innovation; Chief Innovation Evangelist, InnoCentive
