Open Innovation Maturity: How Do You Measure It?

I think we can agree that we need metrics in order to track our progress on innovation.

I attended the European Open Innovation and a slide during a presentation given by John Bell, Philips and Brigitte Laurent, Solvay provided some good inspiration on what you should measure in order to determine your corporate open innovation maturity.


Perhaps you can help bring out more inspiration on this?
