Well, then I am glad to offer you a free consulting session on these topics. The rules of engagement are simple:

1. You send me an e-mail in which you shortly describe your issues or challenges.

2. If I accept your request, I will give you my initial comments by e-mail and we will setup a talk in which we can discuss this in further detail.

3. I will reflect on our talk and provide some more feedback by e-mail.

4. If relevant and approved by you, I might write a blog post based on our interactions. You decide if your company should be mentioned or not.

I will spend up to 4 hours on each session. There is no charge for this, but I can only do a limited number of engagements and thus I might not be able to help you in this way. This offer is for corporate innovation units only.
