I believe that we can bring more fun into the innovation work and I believe people can improve their innovation skills if they smile or even laugh while learning.
Thus, I am in the very early stages of developing a new talk/presentation, which mixes good laughs with relevant messages on the topics of open innovation and corporate innovation culture.
Since I like to share insights and ideas with others, I would very much like to get your input on this. I have some questions to start the discussion and get the creative juices flowing:
In general, what makes you laugh about innovation?
Do you see some interesting characters when it comes to implementing innovation? I have been thinking about a CEO who just don’t get innovation – all talk, no walk, a CFO who only focuses on net present value, the know-it-all consultant with all the “right” answers, the young employee who stirs things up and the corporate innovation leaders trying to herd all the cats (employees.
Can you share some fun stories about such characters?
Do you know of great videos, cartoons or stories that make you laugh about innovation while they also serve a relevant message? You can get some ideas in this link: When Good Laughs Inspire Innovation
Well, you get the idea. I am open for input : – )
